2003 Ohlone Wilderness Backpacking Trip

After a few weeks of planning, Sarah and I set out on what was to be my first backpacking trip since I was 9 years old. Over the past couple years, I'd been slowly accumulating lightweight gear on clearance at REI and Campmor. This trip, in addition to being fun-sounding in its own right, would be used to test out our gear and see what all we needed and didn't need before doing more "serious" trips in the Sierras after the snow melts.
